Mit unserer Strategie konzentrieren wir uns am Hauptsitz in Wallbach (CH) auf die Extrusion, während wir unseren Standort in Iharosberény (Ungarn) im Spritzgussbereich weiter ausbauen. Mit rund 130 kreativen Köpfen an beiden Standorten setzen wir neue Massstäbe und schaffen innovative Kunststoffprofile und \-teile nach Mass. Von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienproduktion stehen wir unseren Kunden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Diese Vielfalt macht die Arbeitswelt bei uns ebenso spannend wie einzigartig. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n und motivierte/n Betriebselektriker / Mechatroniker (m/w/d) 80\-100%.

Aufgaben

  • Dein oberstes Ziel ist es, die Sicherheit und die hohe Verfügbarkeit der Betriebsmittel und Infrastruktur zu gewährleisten. Das erreichst du, indem du die elektronischen Komponenten kontrollierst, wartest, reparierst oder ersetzt. Dies oft in Absprache mit den diversen Lieferanten unserer Anlagen. Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der mechanischen Reparatur und Instandhaltung sind dabei von Vorteil und ergänzen dein Aufgabengebiet optimal.
  • Du unterstützt die Projekte unserer Automatisierungs\- und Digitalisierungs\-Vorhaben: Schaltpläne entwerfen, Schaltschränke aufbauen sowie Regelkreise konzipieren und umsetzen. Evaluieren und Beschaffen von Komponenten und Geräten sowie von Systemen, um unsere Produktion effizienter zu machen, gehören auch zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du betreust die Produktionsabteilungen bei der Feineinstellung von Betriebsmitteln (inklusive Schulung und Dokumentation), das Novoplast\-Netz als Schaltberechtigter, das elektronische Ersatzteillager und das KNX\-Netz.

Qualifikationen

  • Du bist Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Elektriker oder Elektroinstallateur und verfügst über eine gültige Bewilligung als Betriebselektriker sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen – oder du bringst die entsprechenden Grundvoraussetzungen und den Willen mit, die Bewilligung zeitnah zu erwerben.
  • Du hast eine Schulung zur Schaltberechtigung Mittelspannung absolviert oder bist bereit, diese in naher Zukunft abzuschliessen.
