Die SELFRAG AG ist ein Schweizer Team aus Wissenschaftlern, Ingenieuren und Unternehmern, das seit 2007 die Infrastruktur für eine echte Kreislaufwirtschaft aufbaut. Mit unserer patentierten Hochspannungsimpuls\-Technologie transformieren wir Abfall in wertvolle Ressourcen. In unseren Anlagen gewinnen wir hochwertige Metalle und Mineralstoffe aus Kehrichtschlacke zurück, die ansonsten auf Deponien landen würden. Jede Tonne Schlacke, die wir verarbeiten, schont Primärrohstoffe und reduziert aktiv CO2\-Emissionen.

Aktuell betreiben wir die Anlage Centro Uno in Full\-Reuenthal (AG), während sich Centro Due bereits im Bau befindet und Centro Tre in der Planungsphase ist.

Für den Betrieb unserer Aufbereitungsanlage in Full\-Reuenthal suchen wir ab sofort einen:

Betriebsleiter 100% (m/w) in Full\-Reuenthal (CH) =================================================

Deine Kernaufgaben sind :.

  • Operative Leitung: Du verantwortest den industriellen Schicht\-Betrieb der Aufbereitungsanlage und stellst die Erreichung der Produktionsziele sicher.
  • Teamführung: Als direkter Vorgesetzter der Schichtleiter (zwei Teams à 6 Mitarbeitenden) förderst Du eine Leistungskultur, die auf Sicherheit, Qualität und Eigenverantwortung basiert.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst die Produktionsabläufe kontinuierlich und setzt Massnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie zur Maximierung der Rückgewinnungsraten um.
  • Instandhaltungsplanung: Du koordinierst die präventive Wartung und Instandsetzung, um eine maximale Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu garantieren.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du überwachst das Produktionsvolumen und stellst sicher, dass die Output\-Materialien höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Arbeitssicherheit \& Umwelt: Du trägst die Verantwortung für die strikte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie der Umweltauflagen und förderst das Risikobewusstsein im Team.

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine technische Grundausbildung mit einer weiterführenden Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Recyclist, Mechaniker, Elektriker oder Instandhaltungsfachmann.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst Führungserfahrung aus einem Produktionsumfeld mit, idealerweise aus den Bereichen Recycling oder Baustoffindustrie.
  • Führungspersönlichkeit: Als durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit zeichnest Du dich durch eine hohe „Hands\-on“\-Mentalität und die Begeisterung für zukunftsweisende, nachhaltige Technologien aus.
  • Werte: Ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit sowie ökologische Verantwortung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch; Englisch ist von Vorteil.
