Einleitung

Für ein saisonal geprägtes Gastronomiekonzept mit hoher Ausstrahlung und starker Marktpräsenz wird eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht. Die Position vereint zwei unterschiedliche Erlebniswelten und bietet die Möglichkeit, einen Betrieb aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und mitzugestalten. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die operative Exzellenz, Organisationstalent und echte Gastgeberqualitäten miteinander verbindet.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb und steuerst sämtliche Abläufe über das gesamte Jahr hinweg
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team und sorgst für eine motivierende und leistungsorientierte Arbeitskultur
  • Du verantwortest Personaleinsatzplanung, Einkauf, Warenwirtschaft und die Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Service und Gästeerlebnis auf konstant hohem Niveau umgesetzt werden
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen und koordinierst Projekte, Events und Aktionen
  • Du erkennst Potenziale im Betrieb und setzt neue Ideen und Konzepte erfolgreich um

Profil

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie
  • Du bist eine präsente Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Du arbeitest unternehmerisch und verstehst betriebliche Kennzahlen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du bringst Organisationsgeschick, Entscheidungsfreude und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und idealerweise auch in Englisch
  • Du hast Freude daran, Menschen zu führen und Konzepte aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
