Die stefan eberhard ag (sehag) führt die Unternehmen Deglo AG, Dewaglo AG, Zürcher Kies und Transport AG, DHZ AG und Deponie Leigrueb AG. Die sehag leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Schonung der natürlichen Ressourcen. Wertvolle Materialien werden aus Abfällen zurückgewonnen und in den Wertstoffkreislauf zurückgeführt. Die dabei entstehenden Rückstände werden in unseren modernen Deponien sicher eingelagert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Sirnach TG suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige, selbständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Stelle als Betriebsleiter Deponie (m/w/d) 80\-100%.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche, personelle und finanzielle Führung der Deponie
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung betrieblicher Projekte
  • Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen und umweltspezifischen Vorgaben inkl. Eingangskontrollen und chemischer Analysen
  • Koordination des fachgerechten Materialeinbaus und der Etappenplanung
  • Sicherstellung von Unterhalt und Verfügbarkeit der Infrastruktur und Maschinen
  • Verantwortung für Betriebsdokumentation und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden, Gemeinden, Kunden und interne Stellen

Ihr Profil

  • Technische oder baunahe Grundbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entsorgungs\-, Recycling\- oder Baubranche, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fachausweis Entsorgungsanlagen und/oder TAFE\-Fachkurs Deponierung oder Bereitschaft, diese Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Umwelt\- und Abfallrechts (VVEA, VeVA, USG)
  • Unternehmerisch denkende, verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
