Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf und ein besonderes Gästeerlebnis in allen Bereichen.
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst Dein Team, erstellst Dienstpläne und organisierst Schulungen.
  • Du behältst Umsatz, Budget, Personal\- und Warenkosten im Blick und sorgst für einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb.
  • Du verantwortest Bestellungen, Inventuren sowie die korrekte Durchführung der Tages\- und Monatsabschlüsse.
  • Du stellst unsere Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher und kümmerst Dich um die Organisation und Instandhaltung des Betriebs.
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Gäste, Mitarbeitende und externe Partner und lebst die Marke HANS IM GLÜCK mit Begeisterung.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Systemgastronomie, und mindestens fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung.
  • Du bist Gastgeber\*in aus Leidenschaft und hast Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern.
  • Du bringst kaufmännisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Personalführung und Kostenmanagement mit.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, kannst andere motivieren und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du bist flexibel, engagiert und packst selbst mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Serviceorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Gespür für Gäste und Mitarbeitende zeichnen Dich aus.
