Das Schweizerische Rote Kreuz (SRK) führt in Altdorf einen Gastronomie\-Ausbildungsbetrieb für anerkannte Flüchtlinge, vorläufig Aufgenommene und Geflüchtete mit Schutzstatus S. Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmenden erste Berufserfahrungen im Gastgewerbe zu ermöglichen und ihre Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern.

Für diese sinnstiftende Führungsaufgabe sucht der SRK Asyl\- und Flüchtlingsdienst Uri per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Betriebsleiter:in «Restaurant Schützenmatt» 100 %.

Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmenden erste Berufserfahrungen im Gastgewerbe zu ermöglichen und ihre Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern.

Das können Sie bewegen

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und betriebswirtschaftliche Führung des Ausbildungsrestaurants «Schützenmatt»
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung von fünf direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie Verantwortung und für die Förderung der Teilnehmenden des Arbeitsintegrations\-projekts inklusive Qualifizierungsprogramm
  • Verantwortung für die Personal\- und Einsatzplanung sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Service
  • Weiterentwicklung des Betriebs sowie aktive Vernetzung im Gastronomieumfeld des Kantons Uri
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kanton Uri sowie dem SRK Asyl\- und Flüchtlingsdienst Uri
  • Erstellung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Budgets im Rahmen der vorgegebenen finanziellen Vorgaben
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Lieferanten, Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Koordination und Verwaltung der Reservierungen der zum Betrieb gehörenden Ferienwohnungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie sowie mindestens G1\-Zertifikat und Berufsbildnerkurs abgeschlossen
  • Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie Erfahrung in der selbständigen Führung eines Gastronomiebetriebs
  • Freude an der Begleitung, Förderung und Entwicklung von Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Keine Einträge im Sonderprivatauszug; aktueller Nachweis ist vor Stellenantritt einzureichen
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
