The posting

Mit dem Bau unseres neuen Hochregallagers in Dietlikon investieren wir in die Zukunft. Bis 2027 entsteht hier ein hochmodernes, automatisiertes Lager, das unsere Kapazitäten verdoppelt, Palettenplätze auf 40 Metern Höhe schafft und mit 350 Metern Förderbändern sowie zwei PET\-Linien eine direkte Verbindung zur Produktion ermöglicht.

Doch all das beginnt nicht erst 2027\. Schon heute suchen wir Betriebsmechaniker:innen, die unser Business voranbringen und dafür sorgen, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen zuverlässig laufen. Dich erwartet ein Arbeitsumfeld mit ikonischen Getränken, starkem Teamspirit und abwechslungsreichen Herausforderungen, die dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterbringen. Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen – und genau das macht den Unterschied.

Deine neuen Aufgaben

  • Mechanische Instandhaltung und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen und Infrastruktur
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, auch an Wochenenden
  • Montage, Demontage und Reparatur von Betriebsanlagen
  • Aufbau, Test und Kalibrierung neuer Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsmitarbeitenden
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei einfachen Störungs\- und Instandhaltungsthemen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits\- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften
  • Pflege von bereichsübergreifenden Kontakten zu internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (KVP)

Sind das deine geheimen Zutaten?

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechaniker:in, idealerweise als Polymechaniker:in mit Fachrichtung Instandhaltung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im TIG\-Schweissen (Chromstahl) mit – von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Du kannst konventionelle Werkzeugmaschinen sicher bedienen
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und präzise, bist flexibel und belastbar
  • Du bist bereit, in Schichten, im Pikettdienst und auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
  • Vorteil: Grundkurs PSAgA (Arbeiten in der Höhe) oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu absolvieren
  • Du wohnst in maximal 45–60 Minuten Entfernung von Dietlikon/Brüttisellen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
