Technik. Verantwortung. Vielseitigkeit. Für unsere Mandantin, ein erfolgreiches Schweizer Industrieunternehmen in der Region Winterthur, suchen wir eine erfahrene und praktisch veranlagte Persönlichkeit für den technischen Gebäudeunterhalt. Am Standort entsteht aktuell ein modernes Produktionsgebäude. Mit der neuen Gebäudetechnik wächst auch der technische Betrieb. Deshalb suchen wir zur Unterstützung des bestehenden Betriebstechnikers eine zusätzliche Fachperson. Die Stelle eignet sich auch ideal für erfahrene Servicetechniker:innen aus dem Bereich HLKS, die ihr technisches Know-how weiterhin praktisch einsetzen möchten, künftig aber gerne inhouse an einem festen Standort arbeiten möchten.

 

Betriebstechniker:in Gebäudetechnik / HLKS 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

* Wartung, Instandhaltung und Überwachung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen

* Fehlersuche, Störungsbehebung und kleinere Reparaturen

* Begleitung von Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen im neuen Produktionsgebäude

* Koordination externer Handwerker und Dienstleister

* Mitarbeit bei kleineren Umbauten und technischen Projekten

* Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen technischen Betriebs

* Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen und Anlagendaten

 

Dein Profil

* Du bist eine bodenständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und packst auch selbst mit an.

* Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich HLKS, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar

* Berufserfahrung im Service, Gebäudeunterhalt oder in der Betriebstechnik

* Gute Kenntnisse gebäudetechnischer Anlagen

* Erfahrung mit Gebäudeleitsystemen von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und eine praktische Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
