Deine Aufgaben

Du bist ein Bid Manager mit einer strukturierten, zuverlässigen \& qualitätsorientierten Arbeitsweise \& du steuerst komplexe Angebotsprozesse im ICT\-/Dienstleistungsumfeld.

Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Angebotsphase, von der Analyse der Ausschreibung über die Erstellung \& Abstimmung des Angebots bis hin zur finalen Freigabe \& fristgerechten Einreichung. Dabei fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson \& koordinierst alle internen \& externen Beteiligten.

  • Analyse von Ausschreibungen hinsichtlich Kundenanforderungen, Projektumfang \& Preismodell
  • Steuerung \& Koordination des internen Bid\-Teams bestehend aus , Legal, Consultants, Architekten \& Ingenieuren
  • Koordination externer Stakeholder wie Kunden, Partner \& Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der Quality Gates sowie der Qualitäts\-, Compliance\- \& Freigabeanforderungen in allen Phasen des Bid\-Prozesses
  • Erstellung \& Koordination von Angebotsunterlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit \& Key Account Management
  • Organisation \& Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Angebotsreviews \& Freigabeprozessen
  • Definition der Angebotsstrategie sowie der Storyline, Inhalte \& Struktur der Angebotspräsentation
  • Organisation \& Moderation von Vorbereitungssitzungen zur Sicherstellung einer professionellen \& überzeugenden Präsentation des Angebots beim Kunden
  • Durchführung der finalen Qualitätskontrolle des Angebots hinsichtlich Inhalt, Konsistenz, Struktur, Vollständigkeit \& Formatierung

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulstudium, idealerweise auf Masterstufe

* Zertifizierung als APMP Certified (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ICT\-Umfeld sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Verständnis komplexer Lösungen \& in der Koordination verschiedener Anspruchsgruppen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Marktes für öffentliche Ausschreibungen, einschliesslich der Beherrschung der SIMAP\-Prozesse \& der umfassenden Steuerung öffentlicher Vergabeverfahren

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Projekten sowie Kenntnisse im Risiko\-, Qualitäts\- \& kommerziellen Management

* Fähigkeit, während des gesamten Angebotsprozesses die Gesamtkoordination zu übernehmen \& als zentrale Drehscheibe zu agieren

* Ausgeprägte Leadership\-Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, virtuelle Bid\-Teams zu führen, zu koordinieren, zu begleiten \& zu beraten

* Sehr gute Kommunikations\-, Präsentations\- \& Moderationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- \& Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
