Business Analyst 80\-100%

En tant que Business Analyst, tu joues un rôle clé dans la compréhension des enjeux métiers et la traduction des besoins en solutions concrètes, en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes et les équipes IT.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu analyses les besoins métiers, les formalises à travers des documents d’analyse et rédiges des spécifications fonctionnelles claires et structurées pour faciliter leur mise en œuvre par les équipes informatiques.

Tu animes des workshops et des interviews avec les différentes parties prenantes et tu prépares des présentations synthétiques permettant de faire comprendre la situation de manière simple et précise.

Tu exploites et interprètes des données statistiques afin d’appuyer les analyses, objectiver les constats et soutenir la prise de décision.

Une contribution active à la modélisation et à l’optimisation des processus métiers, en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes, ainsi qu’à la définition, la coordination et le suivi des plans d’action.

Une implication dans la gestion des tests fonctionnels, incluant la rédaction des cas de test, l’exécution, le suivi des anomalies et tu assures le support lors des phases de déploiement.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Tu disposes d’une formation de Business Analyst, universitaire ou d’un titre jugé équivalent et d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une solide connaissance des environnements orientés service à la clientèle ou des prestations. Des connaissances en assurance maladie seraient un vrai plus.

Tu disposes d’une expertise sur un ou plusieurs domaines clés tels que le réglementaire, le digital, l’optimisation de processus ou des outils de configuration (Syrius, BSI, SUMEX, etc.), et tu maîtrises les outils Microsoft Office. Des connaissances en Azure DevOps et/ou en data analyse constituent un réel atout

Ta maîtrise du français est essentielle. La connaissance de l’allemand représente un réel plus. Tu es orienté résultat, organisé et à l’aise dans la communication, tout en combinant autonomie, flexibilité, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, créativité et vision globale.
