Aufgaben

  • Business Engineering für Change\-Aufgaben in Software Entwicklungsprojekten im Pricing \& Billing Bereich (Preise, Gebühren und Vertrieb von Bankprodukten )
  • Anforderungen aufnehmen, Lösungsansätze erarbeiten und bewerten
  • Detailspezifikationen erstellen
  • Begleiten der Umsetzung nach agilen Methoden
  • Ausarbeiten von Testplänen und Durchführen der Testzyklen im Rahmen der Releases
  • Erstellen und verantworten von Features End\-to\-End mit hohem Fokus auf Qualität und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stellen wie z.B. Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Rechtsabteilung, IT\-Architektur und Entwicklung

Anforderungen

  • \- oder Fachhochschulabschluss, z.B. in Banking \& Finance, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Engineering für Software Entwicklungsprojekte bei einem Finanzdienstleister
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Preise, Gebühren und Vertrieb von Bankprodukten
  • Zertifizierung im Business Engineering (z.B. IREB)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von agilen Projekten (z.B. SAFe)
  • Confluence und Jira Kenntnisse
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse

  • Fundierte IT\-Kenntnisse (Datenflüsse, Schnittstellen)
  • SQL\-Kenntnisse

  • Überzeugende Kommunikations\-, Präsentations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
