Aufgrund einer personellen Veränderung und unserer strategischen Weiterentwicklung suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Business Analyst / Business Consultant 80–100 % Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung

Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Prozessen, Daten und Technologie.

  • Sie verantworten die technischen Grundlagen, den Betrieb (Azure) und Weiterentwicklung der Tätigkeitsanalyse CURAtime
  • Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs\- und Infrastrukturpartnern
  • Sie analysieren Daten, erkennen Zusammenhänge und leiten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Sie verantworten fundierte CURAtime\-Auswertungen und Dashboards in Power BI
  • Sie präsentieren die Ergebnisse in Kundenprojekten verständlich und sind kompetente Ansprechperson für das Projekt\- und Support\-Team
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung gemäss unseren Geschäftsprozessen

Sie bringen mit Sie verbinden analytisches Denken mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit und entwickeln gerne aus Daten konkrete Verbesserungen. Sie verstehen die Sprache der Geschäftsleitung ebenso wie die Herausforderungen der Sachbearbeitenden.

  • Abschluss (HF, FH oder Universität) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung als Business Analyst/Consultant, Prozessmanager/in oder in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Power BI und SQL, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Azure
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Daten, Prozesse und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Freude an der Analyse komplexer Fragestellungen und am Entwickeln umsetzbarer Lösungen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchiestufen
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und daran, nicht nur zu analysieren, sondern zu verändern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise als Teamplayer
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil

Es erwartet Sie Eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Sie arbeiten im Team und eng mit den Kunden und leisten mit Ihren Analysen und Empfehlungen einen direkten Beitrag zu besseren Arbeitsabläufen.
