Projekt: Für unseren Kunden im Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Senior Business Analyst zur Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Analyse, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenprodukten und Reports. Dabei analysieren Sie Daten mittels SQL, definieren fachliche Anforderungen und unterstützen die Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie die Pflege von Metadaten. (Referenznummer: 925329JA)

Aufgaben: ? Erhebung, Analyse und Definition fachlicher Anforderungen an Datenprodukte und Reports ? Erstellung und Pflege von Fachdokumentationen, Q\&A\-Dokumenten und fachlichen Hilfsmitteln ? Analyse von Daten mittels SQL sowie Identifikation von Datenzusammenhängen und Auffälligkeiten ? Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsregeln und Qualitätsmetriken in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner ? Pflege fachlicher Metadaten sowie Durchführung fachlicher Abklärungen zu Datenprodukten, Datenreplikationen und Data Contracts ? Fachliche Prüfung von Datenmodellen und Einbringen fachlicher Anforderungen entlang der Datenwertschöpfungskette ? Durchführung von Analysen und Requirements Engineering sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, Systemarchitektur und Entwicklungsteams; bei Bedarf Übernahme von Product\- Owner\-Aufgaben im SAFe\-Umfeld

Anforderungen: ? Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Data Steward oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion ? Gutes Verständnis der Versicherungsfachdomänen, insbesondere Vertragsführung und Vertrieb, sowie der zugehörigen Prozesse, Datenflüsse und Datengrundlagen ? Erfahrung in der Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen sowie im Requirements Engineering ? Kenntnisse in Datenqualität, Data Contracts und Metadatenmanagement ? Erfahrung mit Power BI sowie Kenntnisse in SQL, Databricks, Oracle Database und Azure SQL ? Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl für Daten ? Gute Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT, Entwicklungs\- und Enabling Teams ? Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Arbeit mit englischsprachigen Dokumentationen und die Zusammenarbeit mit Offshore\-Teams
