Description de l’offre

Pour le compte de notre client, un groupe d’investissement indépendant alliant expertise financière et innovation technologique, nous recherchons un Business Analyst IA.

Rattaché à l’équipe Technologie, vous accompagnerez les équipes métiers dans l’adoption de l’IA. À l’interface entre les utilisateurs et les ingénieurs, vous identifierez les besoins, structurerez les initiatives et contribuerez au déploiement de solutions concrètes pour améliorer les workflows.

Le poste est basé à Genève, avec une présence régulière sur site et une possibilité de télétravail selon les modalités convenues. Il est proposé en Try \& Hire, avec une perspective de CDI.

Missions principales

  • Identifier et prioriser les cas d’usage IA avec les équipes commerciales, de structuration et opérationnelles.
  • Transformer les initiatives individuelles en solutions partagées et réutilisables.
  • Formaliser les besoins métiers et coordonner leur mise en œuvre avec les ingénieurs.
  • Participer à la configuration d’outils IA, d’agents, de plugins et de connecteurs aux systèmes internes.
  • les solutions, accompagner les utilisateurs et diffuser les bonnes pratiques.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des accès et des permissions avec l’équipe Technologie.

Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants:

  • Une pratique concrète des outils IA, tels que , et un intérêt pour les agents et l’automatisation.
  • Une capacité à comprendre les besoins métiers et à les traduire en solutions opérationnelles.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour la finance ; une première expérience en trading, middle office, back office ou auprès d’équipes commerciales constitue un atout.
  • Une aisance technique pour explorer des données et dialoguer avec les ingénieurs ; des notions de développement, de bases de données ou de Git sont appréciées.
  • D’excellentes qualités relationnelles, un esprit pratique, de l’autonomie et une sensibilité commerciale.
  • Une maîtrise du français et un niveau d’anglais B2 minimum.
  • Les profils juniors sont les bienvenus s’ils démontrent leur motivation et des réalisations concrètes autour de l’IA.
