Für ein Kundenprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Business Analysten / Requirements Engineer (925332JP) mit IREB\-Zertifizierung und fundiertem Hintergrund in der Java\-Softwareentwicklung. In dieser analysieren und strukturieren Sie fachliche Anforderungen und unterstützen deren Übersetzung in umsetzbare IT\-Lösungen. Erfahrungen im Polizeiumfeld sowie mit Schweizer Behörden sind von Vorteil.

Aufgaben: \- Erheben, analysieren, dokumentieren und validieren von fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen \- Abstimmen der Anforderungen mit Fachbereichen, Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams \- Erstellen und Pflegen von Anforderungsspezifikationen als Grundlage für die Softwareentwicklung \- Bewerten der technischen Umsetzbarkeit unter Einbezug Ihrer Erfahrung als Java Software Engineer \- Sicherstellen der Nachvollziehbarkeit und Qualität von Anforderungen sowie Begleiten von Anforderungsänderungen

Anforderungen: \- IREB\-Zertifizierung zwingend erforderlich \- Mindestens fünf Jahre Gesamterfahrung als Business Analyst oder Requirements Engineer \- Mindestens zwei Einsätze als Business Analyst oder Requirements Engineer innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre \- Frühere Tätigkeit als Java Software Engineer mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung \- Berufserfahrung im Polizeiumfeld oder bei Schweizer Behörden von Vorteil

Sprachen: \- Deutsch Muttersprache/verhandlungssicher \- Gute Sprachkenntnisse (B2\) in ösisch sind zwingend
