Du willst digitale Produkte verantworten, die im Alltag unserer Strassenverkehrsämter und Bürger:innen tatsächlich genutzt werden? Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit, Technologie und Menschen – strukturiert, pragmatisch und mit Überblick? Und du möchtest Anforderungen nicht nur sammeln, sondern gestalten, entscheiden und ein Team fachlich führen? – Dann wäre diese Stelle etwas für dich.

Deine

Als Business Analyst \& Product Owner verantwortest du eine fachliche Domäne rund um Viacar V20 – die zentrale Fachanwendung, mit der fünf Strassenverkehrsämter z. B. Fahrzeuge, :innen und Führerausweise verwalten – sowie angebundene Internet\- und API\-basierte Anwendungen.

Du bist Teil unseres Delivery Teams und arbeitest in einem SAFe\-Umfeld. Dabei führst du ein Fachteam aus Mitarbeitenden der Strassenverkehrsämter (StVA) fachlich – ohne disziplinarische Linie – und steuerst die Entwicklungsteams unserer Partner in der Schweiz und in Vietnam.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Domäne gestalten und Anforderungen klären: Du definierst Prozesse, Regeln und Zielbild deiner Domäne. Du nimmst Anforderungen der StVA auf, analysierst Abhängigkeiten und Auswirkungen (z. B. via Datenanalysen, Logs, Schnittstellen), verantwortest die fachlichen Spezifikationen (Erstellung oder Abnahme) sowie die Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen.
  • Produkt und Backlog steuern: Du übersetzt fachliche Ziele in eine Produkt\-Roadmap und verantwortest das Product Backlog – Priorisierung nach Nutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Risiko und Abhängigkeiten sowie fachliche Ausgestaltung von Features und User Stories.
  • Teams fachlich führen: Du führst das Fachteam aus Mitarbeitenden der StVA. Die Entwicklungsteams unserer Partner (national und international) steuerst du mit klaren Anforderungen, gemeinsamer Planung und Fortschrittskontrolle.
  • Umsetzung und Qualität sichern: Du begleitest Konzeption, Umsetzung, Tests und Releases von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz und stellst die fachliche Abnahme sicher (Definition of Done, Akzeptanzkriterien). Dabei nimmst du aktiv an den SAFe\-Events teil (PI Planning, Refinements, System Demos, Inspect \& Adapt).
  • Betrieb unterstützen: Du trägst zum stabilen Betrieb der bestehenden Anwendungen bei und bist erste Anlaufstelle für alle fachlichen Anliegen deiner Domäne.
  • Stakeholder einbinden: Du schaffst Transparenz über Stand, Prioritäten und Entscheide – gegenüber StVA, Geschäftsleitung und weiteren Stakeholdern und organisierst und moderierst Workshops mit Kund:innen und Entwicklungspartnern.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss in Informatik/ICT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Business Analyse (FH/Uni) oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Business Analyse und in der Produktverantwortung (z. B. als Product Owner) für fachlich komplexe Applikationen
  • Sicheren Umgang mit agilen Methoden sowie mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • Technisches Grundverständnis (z. B. APIs, Datenmodelle, Systemlandschaften) und erste Erfahrung im Testing – du testest auch selbst)
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche und technische Themen klar zu strukturieren und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder\-Management: Du gleichst Erwartungen ab, schaffst Transparenz und führst Teams fachlich – auch ohne disziplinarische Linie
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit SAFe sowie eine Zertifizierung wie SAFe POPM oder IREB CPRE
  • Erfahrung von der Anforderungserhebung bis zur produktiven Einführung
  • ösischkenntnisse
