Rejoignez le domaine Vente et Distribution en tant que Business Analyst Senior qui sera dédié\-e à notre solution de Portail Interne \& Externe. Il sera un acteur clé entre le Product Owner (qui porte la vision du produit) et le Responsable Solutions (qui garantit le « delivery »).

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers afin de les traduire en solutions technico\-fonctionnelles adaptées, en identifiant les impacts, dépendances et évolutions nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à la conception, à la configuration et à la gouvernance des solutions et fonctionnalités déployées, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes en charge de Dynamics 365\.
  • Optimiser les processus métiers et accompagner leur évolution en assurant une veille continue sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et innovations technologiques.
  • Piloter les activités de tests de bout en bout, depuis la définition des critères d'acceptation jusqu'à la validation finale et la coordination de la résolution des anomalies.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des changements, en coordination avec les équipes support, formation, change management et les référents métiers.
  • Assurer le support de niveau 2, suivre l'usage et l'adoption des solutions au moyen de tableaux de bord et rapports, et contribuer à l'enrichissement de la base de connaissances.

Votre profil:

  • Une formation supérieure en informatique type HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ...
  • Une expertise technico fonctionnelle forte dans les solutions et technologie web
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur les technologies Atlassian dans le cadre de missions / projets IT, de projets métiers avec une dimension technologique et de transformation fort
  • Une capacité analytique développée, un sens du relationnel aiguisé, des compétences rédactionnelles
  • Une excellente maitrise des méthodologies agiles, des processus ITIL
  • Une sensibilité au change management
  • Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue Française : orale et écrite et une maîtrise de l'Anglais : niveau B2 minimum. L'Allemand est un plus
