Au coeur de notre stratégie de valorisation des données, nous recherchons cherchons un Business Analyste Analytics \- 80\-100 %. Votre mission principale sera de traduire les besoins métiers en spécifications techniques détaillées au sein d'une équipe de Data Ingénieurs.

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métiers afin d'identifier, d'analyser et de formaliser les besoins en matière de KPI et d'analytique de données, puis rédiger des user stories précises et exploitables
  • Contribuer activement à la phase de tests en validant que les développements réalisés répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles et aux attentes métiers
  • Documenter les modèles sémantiques et les KPI mise à disposition du métier
  • Mettre à profit une expertise du secteur de l'assurance pour challenger les demandes métiers, proposer des indicateurs clés pertinents (KPIs) et garantir la valeur ajoutée des solutions BI
  • Définir les critères d'acceptation, plans et scénarios de tests, puis coordonner les UAT
  • Utiliser les standards et outils BA (Jira, Confluence)
  • Gérer le cycle de vie complet des exigences (traçabilité, mises à jour, évolution)

Votre profil :

  • Une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans dans le monde de la Business Intelligence / Analytics en tant que développeur ou business analyste
  • Une première expérience en tant que Business Analyste qui démontre votre aptitude à formaliser des besoins complexes en documentations détaillées
  • La connaissance du secteur de l'assurance, notamment Property \& Casualty serait un atout important
  • Familier des environnements Scrum/Agile, vous savez structurer vos livrables pour accélérer le travail des data ingénieurs
  • Vous maîtrisez le SQL pour explorer les bases de données en autonomie et valider la pertinence des indicateurs produits
  • Aisance dans la communication et la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés, tant techniques que fonctionnels
  • Esprit d'initiative et autonomie pour gérer efficacement les priorités et proposer des solutions innovantes
