L'Unité d'affaires Assurances du Touring Club Suisse (TCS) a la responsabilité du développement et de la gestion des activités d'assurance du Groupe TCS. Nous fournissons des services de haute qualité et une assistance professionnelle à nos assurés, notamment dans les domaines de la protection juridique et du voyage.\\ Pour renforcer notre équipe \\Projects \\\& Applications Management\\ et participer à la satisfaction de nos clients internes et externes, nous recherchonspour notre siège à Vernier (GE) dès le 1er décembre 2026 ou à convenir, un/e \\Business Application Specialist 80%\\-100 %.\\ ### Ta mission Être le ou la responsable métier des applications utilisées pour la gestion des sinistres de nos compagnies d'assurance et être à l'interface entre nos services IT et nos services Sinistres. ### Ce qui t'attend \\Administration fonctionnelle des applications\\ : tu suis et coordonnes le bon fonctionnement de nos applications\\-métier avec l'IT. \\Interface\\ : tu assures la relation entre nos utilisateurs\\-métier et l'IT, ainsi que les Finances. \\Helpdesk fonctionnel\\ : tu es l'interlocuteur des utilisateurs, en cas de questions ou de problèmes liés à l'utilisation de nos applications et de nos outils de téléphonie fixe. \\Testing et releases\\ : tu planifies, effectues et documentes les campagnes de test. Tu rédiges les releases notes pour les utilisateurs et tu les formes. \\Amélioration continue\\ : tu récoltes, formalises et suis les nouveaux besoins et propositions d'évolution pour nos applications. \\Projets\\ : tu participes à nos nombreux projets et initiatives en apportant tes connaissances. \\Learning Management System\\ : tu soutiens le métier pour la création de formations digitales et tu assures leur mise en ligne. \\Qualité et conformité des données\\ : tu es garant/e de la qualité, de l'effacement et de l'archivage des données. Tu participes à la garantie de conformité des données dans nos applications. ### Tu te reconnais dans ce profil ? \* Tu as un CFC d'employé/e de commerce ou une formation supérieure (Bachelor Université ou HES), ainsi qu'une expérience dans le domaine des assurances. \* Tu as une affinité pour l'informatique avec un grand intérêt les projets transversaux. \* Tu as une forte orientation\\-client et tu es doté de bonnes aptitudes en communication. \* Tu es force de proposition pour trouver des solutions et tu as une bonne capacité à gérer la pression, tout en étant fiable et structuré\\-e. \* Tu as l'esprit d'équipe, tout en appréciant l'autonomie. \* Tu \\maîtrise le français\\ (niveau C2\\) \\et l'allemand\\ (niveau minimum B2\\), \\à l'oral comme à l'écrit\\.
