Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Dienstleistungsunternehmen suchen wir eine erfahrene IT Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung für zentrale Unternehmensapplikationen übernimmt und deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mitgestaltet. Die Position verbindet Application Management, technische Analyse und Projektarbeit mit einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen.

Gesucht wird eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die technische Zusammenhänge versteht, Anforderungen aus dem Business aufnehmen kann und Freude daran hat, bestehende Lösungen nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung verschiedener geschäftskritischer Anwendungen
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Betriebs der verantworteten Systeme
  • Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Erarbeitung technischer Konzepte und Begleitung der anschliessenden Umsetzung
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Abläufe und Anwendungen
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexerer technischer Problemstellungen
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Informationen für interne Fachbereiche
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Funktionalitäten
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung in verschiedenen IT Projekten
  • Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen, internen IT Spezialisten und externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner IT Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil ##

  • Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, Business Application Umfeld oder einer vergleichbaren IT Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT und Fachbereichen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Daten, Schnittstellen und das Zusammenspiel unterschiedlicher Systeme
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken und modernen Integrationstechnologien von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, Scripting oder Programmierung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Projekt- oder Teilprojektleitungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
