  • Du erstellst und pflegst Analysen, Reports, Budgets und Forecast-Modelle für die Geschäftsleitung und das Service Center- Führungsteam - termingerecht und in hoher Qualität
  • Anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen analysierst du mit Sachverstand und berätst interne Stakeholder mit unternehmerischem Blick, um Optimierungspotentialen zu erkennen
  • Das Reporting-Framework des Service Centers entwickelst du im Team und in interdisziplinären Gruppen methodisch und technisch weiter
  • Darüber hinaus sammelst, bereinigst und analysierst du grosse Datenmengen aus verschiedenen Quellen und führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Abweichungsanalysen durch
  • Mit Elan unterstützt du wichtige Projektvorhaben, vertrittst die Sicht des Service Centers in interdisziplinären Tems und findest passende Lösungen im Spannungsfeld von Anforderungen und Innovation

Davon profitieren wir ##

  • Uni/FH-Abschluss vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in (Business) Controlling, Finanzplanung und/oder Datenanalyse sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Der Umgang mit  Power BI oder Tableau, Power Automate, Excel sowie KI-Tools fällt dir leicht, sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse zur Abfrage, Verknüpfung und Analyse grosser Datenbestände sowie gute Python Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit pandas, NumPy und gängigen Bibliotheken zur Datenvisualisierung
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit ETL-Prozessen und der Integration heterogener Datenquellen sowie gutes Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Datenbanken und Data-Warehouse-Strukturen
  • Deutsche Muttersprache oder sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
