Das Medizintechnik\-Unternehmen vertreibt innovative Produkte und digitale Lösungen zur Analyse der Körperzusammensetzung für Ärzte und Kliniken. Für die wachsende Schweizer Vertriebsorganisation suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Business Development Manager mit Abschlussstärke und Begeisterung für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte.

Dein Verantwortungs\- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Verantwortlich für den Aufbau des Schweizer Marktes vom Schweizer Office aus in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing
  • Konsequente Bearbeitung qualifizierter Leads entlang des Funnels: Von der Erstansprache, über die digitale Produkt\-Demo bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Kompetente Beratung von Anwendern und Entscheidungsträgern im medizinischen Umfeld
  • Auftritt als Markenbotschafter an Kongressen, Gesundheitsveranstaltungen inkl. Leadsgenerierung
  • Strukturiertes CRM\-Management und zielgerichtete Planung ihrer Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Aufbau eines belastbaren Netzwerkes, persönlich vor Ort und über Social Media
  • Ausbildung zum Experten für Bioimpedanz\-Analyse (BIA) in einem strukturierten Schulungsprogramm
  • Regelmässiger, verkaufsorientierter Austausch mit professioneller Adressierung von Einwänden

Dein Profil:

  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Abschluss\-Stärke, Mindset und Pioniergeist
  • Erfolgreicher, nachweisbarer Track Record im aktiven Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Von Vorteil Erfahrung im Bereich der Medizintechnik oder im medizinischen Umfeld
  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und gute Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen
  • Technische Affinität, Verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse ( ösisch von Vorteil)
