Bist du eine dynamische Persönlichkeit, welche sich im Bereich Home Care auskennt, die proaktiv auf Kunden zugeht und auch konzeptionell Lösungen erarbeiten kann? In dieser attraktiven Position baust du das Homecare\-Business gezielt weiter aus und förderst den Einsatz der medizinischen Produkte bei verschiedenen Partnern wie Spitex\-Organisationen, Ärzten und medizinischen Zentren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung voranzutreiben. Unterstützt wirst du von einem interdisziplinären Team aus , Marketing, Digital und weiteren Fachbereichen.

Dein Verantwortungs\- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Analyse der Marktmechanismen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Initiativen
  • Planung und Implementierung zielgerichteter Massnahmen für die optimale Positionierung der Produkte
  • Präsentation und Vermarktung von Produktkonzepten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Skalierung kommerzieller Aktivitäten gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Aktivitäten zu erfolgreichen Marktbearbeitung
  • Kompetente Beratung sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops bei Produktanwendern und Entscheidungsträgern

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher und nachhaltiger Track Record in der Fach\- und oder Verkaufsberatung
  • Gutes Netzwerk im Bereich Home Care (Spitex, Ärzte, KOL etc.)
  • Paramedizinische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Verkauf (dipl. Verkaufsleiter, KAM etc.)
  • Gewinnende, proaktive \-Persönlichkeit mit strategischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
  • Nebst deutscher Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse ( ösisch von Vorteil)
