Arbeitsort: Muttenz (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 100% Aufgaben: Sie setzen gemeinsam mit internationalen Stakeholdern die Cybersecurity-Strategie, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Mindestanforderungen des Konzerns in praxistaugliche Vorgaben für die Schweizer Gesellschaft um. Sie identifizieren, bewerten und dokumentieren Cybersecurity-Risiken und begleiten die Fachbereiche bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Risikominderungsmassnahmen. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Informationssicherheit unterstützen Sie Projekte, Transformationsinitiativen und Architekturvorhaben, begleiten Audits sowie regulatorische Anforderungen (Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit) und koordinieren bei Sicherheitsvorfällen die lokalen Aktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und internationalen Security-Teams. Zudem entwickeln und pflegen Sie das Informationssicherheits- und Governance-Framework, erstellen regelmässige Analysen und Reportings zu Risiken, Reifegrad und Kennzahlen und stärken mit Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen die Security-Kultur. Profil: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Informationssicherheit und IT-Risikomanagement, idealerweise in leitender Funktion (CISO, Deputy CISO, BISO). Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationssysteme, Cyber Security, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity Governance, Risikomanagement, Security Architecture sowie Cloud- und Identity-Security, vorzugsweise im Microsoft-Umfeld. Erfahrung mit Standards und Frameworks wie ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls oder MITRE ATT&CK; Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC oder ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor sind von Vorteil. Analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
