Im Bereich UHNWI, Philanthropy & Foundations akquirieren, betreuen und beraten wir vermögende und anspruchsvolle Kundinnen und Kunden mit einem Business Volumen von über CHF 30 Mio. sowie sämtliche Stiftungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir mit der ZKB Philanthropie Stiftung die Verwirklichung der philanthropischen Ziele unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.

Unsere Business Partner Teams (Assistentinnen und Assistenten) leisten mit ihrer Arbeit einen wesentlichen

Beitrag zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung sowie -zufriedenheit. Suchst du eine spannende und vielfältige Rolle mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und engem Kundenkontakt? Als Business Partner UHNWI, Philanthropy & Foundations sorgst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Relationship Managern und weiteren Expert:innen für aussergewöhnliche Kundenerlebnisse auf höchstem Niveau.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützen der Relationship Manager in der Akquisition sowie in der individuellen Beratung und Betreuung der Kundschaft im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Teilnehmen an Kundengesprächen, Sicherstellen der Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Übernehmen sämtlicher Tätigkeiten für das On- und Offboarding von komplexen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verantworten des telefonischen Kundenkontakts, eigenständiges Durchführen von Beratungen und Erledigen der administrativen Aufgaben
  • Erstellen individueller und umfassender Präsentationen, Offerten und Vermögenskonzepte, Koordinieren der Inhalte mit den Relationship Managern und Sicherstellen der Qualität
  • Begleiten komplexer Finanzierungsanfragen zwischen Relationship Managern, Middle Office, Kompetenzträgern und Verarbeitung
  • Bearbeiten von Spezialanliegen wie der Erfüllung individueller Produkt- und Dienstleistungswünsche, die mit dem Standardangebot nicht abgedeckt werden können

Dein Profil

  • Bankfachausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene oder laufende Weiterbildung (z.B. Bachelor in Banking & Finance oder Betriebsökonomie, HF Betriebswirtschaft etc.)
  • Mehrjährige (mind. 4 Jahre) ausgewiesene Erfahrung als Assistent:in im Private Banking
  • Gute Finanzierungs- und/oder Anlagekenntnisse und hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes Denken
  • Äusserst hohe Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft jederzeit die Extrameile zu gehen
  • Verlässliche, selbständige, proaktive und exakte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit sehr hoher Diskretion
  • Du punktest mit deiner kommunikativen, lösungsorientierten sowie mitdenkenden Art
