* Condurre la divisione Cooperazione internazionale, dotata di tre sezioni, dal punto di vista tecnico, organizzativo e del personale * Analizzare gli sviluppi a livello internazionale in ambito migratorio nonché gli interessi della Svizzera * Sviluppare proposte strategiche all'attenzione della direzione allargata della SEM e dei vertici del dipartimento e accompagnarne l'attuazione * Sviluppare ulteriormente e applicare strumenti della cooperazione internazionale * Condurre dialoghi in ambito migratorio e negoziati relativi a trattati internazionali * Elaborare mandati all'attenzione del Consiglio federale

* Diploma universitario (master) nonché esperienza pluriennale nel settore delle relazioni internazionali * Conoscenza approfondita del settore migratorio nonché degli sviluppi e della politica a livello internazionale * Esperienza nei rapporti diplomatici e sicurezza nei contatti a livello nazionale e internazionale * Spiccate doti comunicative e negoziali * Approccio strategico, talento organizzativo ed elevata competenza sociale * Ottima conoscenza di due lingue ufficiali e padronanza orale e scritta dell'inglese

Contribuisca attivamente a dare forma alla cooperazione internazionale della Svizzera in ambito migratorio e dia la propria impronta alle relazioni bi- e multilaterali con Stati e organizzazioni internazionali. Metta la Sua esperienza dirigenziale e il Suo approccio strategico al servizio di una governance internazionale efficace in materia di migrazione.

Alla Segreteria di Stato della migrazione (SEM) competono tutte le questioni inerenti al diritto in materia di stranieri e d'asilo in Svizzera. In seno all'ambito direzionale Affari internazionali, la divisione Cooperazione internazionale è responsabile della gestione delle relazioni bilaterali con i Paesi di origine e di transito, nonché della gestione della cooperazione multilaterale. L'obiettivo è garantire una governance efficace in materia di migrazione e una politica estera coerente in questo ambito.
