* In qualità di capo delle finanze organizzare la politica finanziaria e fornire appoggio in tutte le questioni finanziarie,incluso il settore degli acquisti, dalla pianificazione alla consulenza * Sviluppare e seguire la gestione dei processi a livello della Base aerea di Locarno e garantire la gestione della qualità (QSM) * Quale capo/a del servizio sanitario, garantire il servizio sanitario d'esercizio della Base aerea di Locarno e istruire i collaboratori dell'intero aerodromo * Assumere la responsabilità degli ambiti care e sostegno psicologico

* Formazione professionale superiore o formazione commerciale con esperienza nell'ambito della gestione d'esercizio * Conoscenze approfondite dei processi finanziari e della contabilità finanziaria e aziendale nell'Amministrazione federale (SAP S/4 HANA) * Formazione IAS di livello 1; il conseguimento di un livello superiore costituisce un vantaggio * Auspicate conoscenze di base in campo psicologico * Buone conoscenze attive di almeno una seconda lingua ufficiale e, se possibile, conoscenze passive della terza lingua * L'esperienza quale quadro di milizia attivo costituisce un vantaggio

Oltre alla gestione finanziaria e alla gestione della qualità (QSM), sarai responsabile del servizio sanitario d'esercizio e dell'ambito care assumendo quindi un ruolo di riferimento per i nostri collaboratori. Il Comando Operazioni (Cdo Op) è responsabile di tutte le operazioni e di tutti gli impieghi militari dell'Esercito svizzero. Comprende tra l'altro le Forze aeree, le Forze terrestri, le quattro divisioni territoriali, il Centro di competenza SWISSINT, il comando forze speciali e la polizia militare. Circa il 40 per cento dei pressoché 2500 collaboratori sono impiegati civili: dagli ingegneri ai meccanici di aeromobili fino agli analisti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
