CDI : Délégué.e commercial LPP =================================

A propos du rôle

Pour l'un de nos clients, une fondation de prévoyance professionnelle indépendante et reconnue basée à Lausanne, nous recherchons un(e) Délégué(e) Commercial(e) en CDI à un taux d'activité de 80% à 100%.

Dans ce rôle clé, vous assurez la gestion des relations avec les partenaires et courtiers en Suisse romande et alémanique, l'analyse technique des plans LPP et l'élaboration d'offres de prévoyance sur mesure, au sein d'un environnement commercial consultatif et sans prospection.

Tâches -------

Prise en charge globale de l'élaboration des offres LPP, du conseil aux courtiers et du suivi administratif des dossiers d'affiliation.

  • Gérer un portefeuille de partenaires et courtiers en Suisse romande et alémanique
  • Établir et vérifier la cohérence des offres LPP pour les assurés actifs
  • Élaborer les offres de reprise des rentiers avec l'expert agréé
  • Conseiller les partenaires et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et contractuel jusqu'à l'affiliation
  • Mettre à jour et gérer la base de données des partenaires courtiers
  • Soutenir la création de présentations et participer aux événements

Nous cherchons

  • Formation spécialisée en LPP
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation LPP et de l'élaboration d'offres
  • Maîtrise de la Suite Office
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand (niveau B2/C1\)
