The posting

noweapon.global is committed to a world without weapons.

We are looking for an experienced leader to monitor an international movement and support the President.

The position will be developed gradually. During the initial phase, working hours and remuneration will depend on the financial resources and be agreed gradually according to the fund. The aim is to establish a paid, full-time position.

Your responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for leading the organisation and implementing our goal: A world without weapons
  • International fundraising: Build relationships with donors, foundations and other funding partners
  • Lead and expand our international team
  • Build and maintain worldwide contacts and networks
  • Prioritise and organise all correspondence
  • Organise appointments and meetings, arrange for minutes to be taken and support projects
  • Work collaboratively with the President and our team

Your profile

  • Several years of management experience as a CEO
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; German language skills are welcome
  • Independent, structured, communicative, reliable and discreet
