Fondé en 2001, le cabinet Fed Finance est spécialiste du recrutement intérimaire et permanent pour les métiers de la comptabilité et de la finance.

CFO \- 70 à 100 % \- CDI \- Delémont

Nous accompagnons une organisation suisse d'environ 400 collaborateurs, active dans le secteur des services à la personne et basée dans le canton du Jura, dans le recrutement de son futur CFO à 70\-100 %.

Dans un contexte d'évolution organisationnelle et de modernisation des outils financiers, vous intégrerez le comité de direction et jouerez un rôle central dans le pilotage financier et l'accompagnement du changement.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

\-Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie financière en collaboration avec la direction générale ; \-Encadrer et accompagner les équipes financières et administratives ; \-Piloter les budgets, les prévisions financières et les indicateurs de performance ; \-Développer les outils de reporting et les tableaux de bord destinés à la direction ; \-Accompagner la digitalisation des processus financiers et l'évolution des systèmes d'information ; \-Superviser le contrôle de gestion, la comptabilité analytique et le dispositif de contrôle interne ; \-Assurer la fiabilité des données financières et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus ; \-Participer aux projets stratégiques et aux investissements de l'organisation ; \-Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables opérationnels des différents sites ; \-Représenter la fonction finance auprès des partenaires institutionnels et accompagner la direction dans ses échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Profil recherché :

\-Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en finance, économie, comptabilité ou d'un titre jugé équivalent ; \-Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en direction financière ou dans une fonction à responsabilités similaires ; Vous avez déjà participé à des projets de transformation, notamment en matière de digitalisation des processus financiers ; \-Vous disposez de solides compétences en gestion budgétaire, contrôle de gestion et pilotage financier ; \-Vous avez une expérience en management et savez accompagner vos collaborateurs dans leur développement ; \-Vous êtes capable de conjuguer vision stratégique et compréhension des enjeux opérationnels ; \-Vous possédez un excellent relationnel, un leadership naturel et une réelle capacité à fédérer ; \-Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement impliquant des partenaires institutionnels et des enjeux régionaux ; \-Une expérience dans une fondation, une structure parapublique ou le secteur de la santé constitue un atout ; \-Une bonne connaissance du tissu économique et institutionnel suisse romand est appréciée.
