Mission

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Division Méthodes, vous aurez la charge de supporter les processus de production et de participer activement aux actions d'amélioration continue sur la base des standards que vous pourrez faire évoluer de manière autonome.

Responsabilités

  • Créer et mettre à jour les dossiers de production et les outillages sur la base de standards.
  • Piloter ou participer activement aux démarches d'amélioration continue (5S, SMED, QRQC, ergonomie\-).
  • Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour analyser et répondre aux besoins des ateliers.
  • Rechercher et analyser les écarts aux standards, les dysfonctionnements des procédés et les causes de gaspillage dans les ateliers et/ou les lignes de production.
  • Identifier les opérations critiques de la ligne et les amener au standard du système de production Patek .
  • Piloter les projets d'acquisition des moyens de production et participer à l'amélioration des process existants.
  • Définir et mettre à jour le référentiel de fabrication.
  • Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à l'industrialisation des produits séries (réindustrialisations).

Profil recherché

  • Technicien ES ou Bachelor en mécanique/microtechnique ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans le domaine de l'horlogerie ou de la micromécanique.
  • Maîtrise des outils Qualité (8D, Capabilité).
  • Connaissance des outils spécifiques (CAO \- Solidworks un atout, ERP SAP, PLM Audros) et des outils bureautiques (MS Office).
  • Maîtrise des cotations ISO fonctionnelles.
  • Connaissance en technique mécanique et en Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
  • Excellent sens relationnel, diplomatie, personne orientée « terrain ».
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, force de proposition.
