Pour notre client, une entreprise active dans le transport international et la logistique multimodale, qui propose des solutions sur mesure par route, mer, air et rail, nous recherchons un-e Chargé-e qualité à 70 % - 100 % pour un poste fixe. En tant qu-employeur, elle privilégie un cadre stimulant, une réelle autonomie ainsi que des responsabilités concrètes pour chaque collaborateur-trice.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous pilotez et faites évoluer le système de management de la qualité en veillant à sa parfaite conformité aux référentiels ISO 9001 et ISO 14001
  • Vous préparez, organisez et menez les audits internes comme externes en garantissant une évaluation rigoureuse et objective des pratiques en place
  • Vous identifiez les axes d'amélioration, élaborez les plans d'action correspondants et en assurez le suivi jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre concrète
  • Vous gérez les non-conformités détectées et pilotez les indicateurs qualité pour anticiper les risques et sécuriser les processus internes
  • Vous formez et sensibilisez les équipes aux exigences qualité afin d'ancrer une culture d'amélioration continue durable dans toute l'organisation
  • Vous assurez une veille normative et réglementaire constante pour garantir la conformité de l'entreprise aux évolutions légales du secteur

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en qualité, ou dans un domaine équivalent qui vous a donné de solides bases méthodologiques
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du transport ou de la logistique
  • Vous avez obtenu une certification d'auditeur interne ISO 9001 et possédez une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'audits internes et externes
  • Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais, un atout supplémentaire étant apprécié dans un contexte international
  • Vous faites preuve d'un bel esprit d'analyse, de rigueur et d'un sens aigu de l'organisation, complétés par de réelles qualités de communication et de pédagogie
