Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'un client actif dans le domaine des assurances sociales et établi à Lausanne, d'un\-e

Chargé\-e des Offres LPP FR/ALL 80%\-100%

Description du poste --------------------

  • Apporter du soutien au développement commercial
  • Gérer un portefeuille de partenaires et de clients suisses romands et suisses alémaniques (courtiers, fiduciaires)
  • Élaborer les offres de prévoyance professionnelle en veillant à la cohérence des données et à la conformité réglementaire
  • Conseiller les partenaires et clients dans le choix des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Coordonner le suivi administratif et contractuel des dossiers jusqu'à l'affiliation des clients et la mise en production des plans de prévoyance
  • Participer à la rédaction du processus de l'offre et à la création des documents contractuels d'affiliation
  • Soutien lors de la préparation de présentations sur la Fondation et de communications externes
  • Collaborer à l'établissement des décomptes de commissions et vérification avant paiement
  • Représenter l'institution lors d'événements professionnels et manifestations du secteur
  • Contribuer au développement du réseau de partenaires et à la visibilité de l'organisation

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Titulaire d'une formation commerciale, administrative ou financière
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de support commercial dans le domaine des assurances sociales, idéalement le secteur LPP
  • Aisance dans les contacts avec une clientèle professionnelle et les partenaires externes
  • Excellentes connaissances du français et bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (B2/C1\)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office, CRM)
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse, orientée service et solutions
