Chargé(e) d'amélioration qualité H/F à 100%

* Diplôme en Qualité ou Performance Industrielle (Technicien, Ingénieur, Master/Bachelor) * Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans l'amélioration qualité au sein d'un milieu industriel, horlogerie un atout * Vous avez des connaissances sur des logiciels GPAO, connaissance SAP un atout * Connaissance en lecture plan, contrôle dimensionnel et sensoriel * Bonne connaissance en gestion de projet et capacité à animer des séances et des groupes * Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse * Vous savez gérer les priorités et faire preuve de réactivité, tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie * Grâce à votre leadership naturel, vous aimez partager vos expériences et connaissances, et par ce fait vous participez au développement de l'équipe Démarches et Suivi Qualité Coordonner et animer une démarche d'amélioration continue des processus en place et en assurer leurs validations Traiter les non\-conformités interne, externe, client, par l'analyse des causes et la mise en place d actions curatives, correctives et préventives. Déclencher une éventuelle procédure de traitement des non\-conformités Mettre en place des démarches d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes Suivre et animer des plans d'actions suites aux constats d'audits effectués (audits process) Dans le cadre de la validation des moyens spécifiques (type posage contrôle / posage fabrication) réaliser des études de Reproductibilité et de Répétabilité R\&R Participation aux cahiers des charges des nouveaux moyens et validation de ceux\-ci sur l'aspect qualité Suivre les composants en production (réalisation d'étude de capabilité sur les côtes critiques relevées lors des revues d'industrialisation) Validation et suivi des prototypes, des séries 0 en relation avec les services Contrôle, les sous\-traitants et les Clients.

Acteur dans la mise en place et suivi des indicateurs Qualité de la société Contact Client Participation aux revues des offres clients pour l'aspect qualité Gestion de la relation Client sur les aspects qualités Accompagnement Qualité

Mise en place d'un soutien méthodologique sur les outils et démarches Qualité Participer activement à la capitalisation et la diffusion des savoirs et savoir\-faire Former les personnes à l'utilisation des outils qualité (Non\-conformité, gestion documentaire, procédures)

Projets Qualité Participer aux projets d'entreprise (QRQC, 8D, 5S) Chef de projet et acteur pour l'implémentation d'un logiciel qualité Capitaliser et mettre en place des outils dans le but d'améliorer les process
