Contribuez à des projets qui renforcent la Genève internationale

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché·e à la Responsable des opérations, vous examinez des demandes de financement, de la note conceptuelle jusqu'à la décision, et apportez un soutien transversal à l'équipe dans la préparation des dossiers et le suivi des projets validés. Vous analysez les dossiers déposés, examinez les budgets et les états financiers des porteurs de projets et de leurs partenaires, et évaluez la pertinence de chaque demande par rapport au but de la fondation. Vous rédigez les fiches d'instruction destinées aux organes de la fondation et contribuez à la préparation des contrats de donation. Interlocuteur·trice direct·e des porteurs de projets, vous recueillez les informations nécessaires, clarifiez les éléments du projet, avec un souci constant de l’intérêt de la Genève internationale. Vous participez à la mise en place du suivi des projets soutenus (rapports intermédiaires et annuels, mesures d'impact) et contribuez au développement des outils de la fondation, notamment la plateforme de gestion des demandes. Vous apportez ponctuellement votre soutien aux tâches administratives et êtes force de proposition pour faire évoluer les méthodes et les processus.

Votre profil

Titulaire d'un bachelor ou d'un master en relations internationales, en gestion ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'une organisation internationale, d'une ONG ou d'un autre acteur de la Genève internationale, dont vous suivez l'actualité et connaissez les acteurs. Une expérience complémentaire en gestion de projet ou de programme, conseil ou gestion de la performance constitue un vrai atout. Vous interrogez la faisabilité d'un projet au regard de ses délais et de ses ressources. À l'aise avec les chiffres, vous savez lire un budget et des comptes annuels et en identifier les points d'attention. Discret·ète, rigoureux·se et autonome, vous rédigez avec aisance et échangez facilement avec des interlocuteurs de tout niveau. Vous appréciez le travail en petite équipe et vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité face à des situations, des priorités et des méthode de travail susceptibles d’évoluer. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais.

Ce poste est rémunéré selon la classe 18 de l’échelle des traitements de l’État de Genève.

Il est à pourvoir pour une durée limitée de 3 ans et demi.
