Vous avez une personnalité enthousiaste et possédez un excellent esprit d’équipe. Proactive, Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse qui aime travailler de manière autonome et précise.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion des contacts téléphoniques avec les clients en français et allemand
  • Gestion des flux d'e\-mails clients et dispatching interne selon les domaines de compétences.
  • Transmission des devis aux clients
  • Gestion du bon déroulement du processus de facturation en lien avec Ofac, société coopérative
  • Gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs

Votre profil

  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’allemand ; l’italien est un atout.
  • Expérience préalable dans la gestion et le suivi d’une clientèle
  • CFC employé(e) de commerce un plus
  • Expérience préalable dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique ou chimique ou en pharmacie un plus
  • Connaissances informatiques (MS Office)
  • Personnalité proactive, flexible, méthodique, rigoureuse, avec une excellente gestion du temps
  • Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans les contacts.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
