Haute école pédagogique FHNW, Institut de pédagogie spécialisée et psychologie ##

Vos tâches :

En tant que chargé·e de cours pour le développement et la formation dans le domaine de la pédagogie spécialisée à l-Institut de pédagogie spécialisée et psychologie, vous assumez notamment les tâches suivantes : 

  • Conception et réalisation de cours sur les bases pédagogico-psychologiques et pédagogiques spécialisées ainsi que leur application, avec un accent sur le développement socio-émotionnel et la neurodiversité.
  • Accompagnement des étudiant·e·s dans les stages pratiques professionnels et soutien dans la liaison entre théorie et pratique scolaire.
  • Encadrement des travaux de qualification au niveau Bachelor et Master.
  • Participation au développement de l-enseignement ainsi que contribution active à l-évolution de formats éducatifs innovants et transdisciplinaires.
  • Selon le profil, participation à des projets de recherche et développement appliqués ainsi qu-à des offres de formation continue.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme universitaire avec spécialisation (université, ETH ou haute école spécialisée)
  • Diplôme en pédagogie spécialisée reconnu par la CDIP
  • Doctorat souhaité
  • Connaissances spécifiques et qualifications complémentaires dans le domaine du développement socio-émotionnel et de la neurodiversité
  • Expérience professionnelle qualifiante avérée dans le domaine de la pédagogie spécialisée
  • Intérêt pour le développement conjoint des curricula, de l-enseignement et de la qualité
  • Mode de travail autonome, flexible et orienté vers le travail en équipe.

L-activité d-enseignement à la FHNW est le point de rencontre entre formation, activité professionnelle et formation continue - exigeante et en même temps porteuse de sens. Elle permet aux collaborateur·rice·s de transmettre des connaissances pratiques et de mettre directement en œuvre les résultats de la recherche. Parallèlement, l-échange avec les étudiant·e·s en formation initiale et continue élargit et inspire la perspective sur sa propre discipline.
