Chargée ou chargé de missions stratégiques en matière de politique financière (80% à 100%)

Le secrétariat général des finances et de la mobilité (FIM) suit les thèmes transversaux et apporte un appui sur les projets et enjeux stratégiques de la Direction.

Nous recherchons une chargée ou un chargé de missions stratégiques pour les affaires financières qui complètera notre équipe.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Suivre des dossiers spécifiques en lien avec la politique financière municipale (budget, comptes, financement du fonds du plan climat, politique d'investissement, etc.)

Elaborer des documents stratégiques et assurer la qualité rédactionnelle

Coordonner les représentants de la direction dans les sociétés, y compris en assumant des fonctions déléguées, et soutenir le Directeur et la secrétaire générale dans leur suivi

Assurer le fonctionnement de la Commission des finances

Profil

Master universitaire en finance, en droit ou en sciences politiques ou titre jugé équivalent

Master ou CAS en administration publique souhaité

Minimum 5 années d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'un état\-major

Expérience dans un grande administration publique, parapublique ou dans le secteur associatif

Connaissance du fonctionnement des finances publiques

Maîtrise de MS Office
