L'entreprise Notre client, acteur reconnu de l'interphonie connectée, du contrôle d'accès et de la vidéosurveillance pour les immeubles de Suisse romande, recherche pour son centre de télégestion basé à Carouge un(e) Chargé(e) Helpline et télégestion.

Description du poste --------------------

Vous ne transmettez pas les demandes : vous les résolvez. Premier interlocuteur des régies, des habitants et des électriciens, par téléphone et par courriel, vous traitez vous\-même la grande majorité des demandes, de bout en bout :

  • Télégestion à distance : ajout d'un résident, modification d'un numéro, activation d'un badge, changement de code
  • Diagnostic de ligne et escalade vers le service après\-vente avec les informations utiles
  • Orientation vers l'équipe projet pour les demandes d'installation ou de modernisation
  • Prise de rendez\-vous sur site chez l'habitant
  • Saisie et suivi rigoureux de chaque demande dans les outils de gestion

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Excellente aisance au téléphone : clair(e), posé(e), vous comprenez une demande et la traitez pendant l'échange
  • Rigueur démontrée : vous relisez avant de valider et allez au bout de chaque demande
  • Français irréprochable à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Anglais conversationnel ; portugais, italien ou espagnol appréciés
  • Aisance avec les interfaces web métier, sans être informaticien(ne) ; tous les outils sont appris en interne
  • Expérience idéalement acquise en centrale d'alarme ou de télésurveillance, en coordination de service après\-vente dans le bâtiment (ascenseurs, portes automatiques, sécurité incendie) ou en support client chez un opérateur télécom
  • Bonne connaissance du terrain genevois et romand
  • Horaires de bureau du lundi au vendredi, sans soir, sans week\-end ni astreinte. Mission temporaire en vue d'un engagement fixe.
