Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une organisation suisse, active dans le secteur de la santé et basée dans le canton du Jura, un(e) Chef comptable à 70\-100 %, dans le cadre d'un CDI.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

\-Superviser les opérations comptables et financières au quotidien ; \-Encadrer et accompagner une équipe administrative et comptable ; \-Piloter les processus de bouclement et garantir la fiabilité des comptes ; \-Superviser la comptabilité générale, les débiteurs, les créanciers et la trésorerie ; \-Assurer le suivi de la facturation et des salaires ; \-Coordonner l'élaboration des budgets et consolider les données financières des différents services ; \-Développer les outils de reporting, les tableaux de bord et le contrôle de gestion ; \-Participer à la mise en place et à l'amélioration du système de contrôle interne ; \-Optimiser les processus financiers et administratifs en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles ; \-Accompagner l'évolution des outils informatiques et la digitalisation des processus ; \-Collaborer étroitement avec la direction financière et les responsables des différents départements.

Profil recherché :

\-Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en économie, d'un brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou d'une formation équivalente ; \-Vous disposez idéalement de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec une bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité et de la gestion financière ; \-Vous possédez une expérience en encadrement d'équipe et appréciez le management de proximité ; \-Vous maîtrisez les processus de bouclement, de gestion budgétaire et de reporting ; \-Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en comptabilité analytique et en contrôle interne ; \-Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et appréciez les environnements en évolution ; \-Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités ; \-Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et savez collaborer avec différents services ; \-Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé, une fondation ou une organisation parapublique constitue un atout.
