Chef d'équipe Applicateur en isolation thermique (H/F), 100%

Depuis plus de 15 ans, Isoleco isole maisons et bâtiments dans toute la Suisse romande. Basées à Grancy, nos équipes posent des isolants performants et souvent naturels, comme la ouate de cellulose issue de papier recyclé, dans les combles, les toitures ou les doubles murs. Un travail concret, au service de la transition énergétique.

Vous connaissez l'isolation sur le bout des doigts, vous aimez un chantier bien tenu et une équipe qui avance ensemble ? Ce poste est fait pour vous. Votre objectif : un travail bien fait, livré dans les délais, avec une équipe soudée et fière de ce qu'elle a accompli.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Vous dirigez votre équipe de 2 à 3 personnes : briefing le matin, répartition du travail, organisation du chantier
  • Vous lisez les plans, vous posez avec votre équipe et vous contrôlez que le travail est bien fait
  • Vous gérez le matériel sur le chantier, de la commande à la livraison, ainsi que le véhicule
  • Vous êtes le visage d'Isoleco face au client, à l'architecte et à la direction des travaux
  • Vous veillez au respect des règles Suva et formez les nouveaux collègues
  • Vous remplissez les rapports de chantier, les rapports d'heures et les bons de régie

Qui vous êtes

  • Vous êtes charpentier CFC ou vous avez une formation équivalente, avec au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en isolation
  • Vous maîtrisez tous les types d'isolation et vous savez lire un plan
  • Vous avez déjà mené une équipe
  • Vous montrez l'exemple : réactif, organisé et rigoureux, y compris dans la paperasse
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les clients, les architectes et la direction des travaux
  • Permis G ou B obligatoire, maîtrise parfaite du français
  • Vous détenez un permis de conduire de catégorie B (BE est un atout)
