Pour compléter notre équipe au centre de voyage Reinach, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord une personnalité forte en leadership en tant que chef d'équipe centre de voyage.

Vos tâches

  • Vous dirigez et développez l'équipe du centre de voyage Reinach sur le plan professionnel et personnel
  • Vous conseillez nos clientes et clients de manière compétente et vendez activement des offres de transports publics, des offres de loisirs et d'autres services
  • Vous assurez un fonctionnement professionnel et orienté client du centre de voyage
  • Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des marchandises, de la caisse et de la comptabilité ainsi que du respect des directives et processus
  • Vous contribuez activement au développement de l'offre et de la présentation commerciale

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée dans le domaine commercial ou dans les transports publics
  • Expérience en conseil clientèle et en vente, idéalement dans le domaine des transports publics
  • Bonnes connaissances de CASA et MS Office
  • Joie de diriger, de promouvoir les collaborateurs et de réussir ensemble
  • Orientation client prononcée, grande conscience de la qualité ainsi que fortes compétences en communication
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires flexibles ainsi que des interventions le week-end
