Pour le développement ciblé et le renforcement de notre propre extrusion, nous recherchons dès maintenant une personne motivée et engagée en tant que Chef d'équipe extrusion PS & recyclage 100 % (h/f/d) en service de jour

Vos tâches ##

  • Direction technique et disciplinaire des collaborateurs en service 3 et 4 équipes dans les domaines de l'extrusion de film PS et du recyclage
  • Coordination et planification du personnel attribué en accord avec le responsable de production
  • Assurer un passage de relais fluide incluant un flux d'informations fiable vers les interfaces nécessaires
  • Surveillance des performances de production, de la qualité ainsi que des indicateurs clés et mise en place de mesures ciblées en cas d'écarts
  • Coordination des réparations de pannes en étroite collaboration avec les départements spécialisés
  • Apport d'idées et mise en œuvre d'améliorations (KVP) ainsi que soutien lors de nouveaux produits et projets d'optimisation
  • Disponibilité à intervenir opérationnellement si nécessaire et à travailler selon le modèle horaire requis par l'entreprise

Votre profil ##

  • Formation technique, idéalement technologue en plasturgie CFC ou qualification équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la transformation des plastiques ; une expérience en extrusion de film PS est un atout
  • Bonne compréhension des processus d'extrusion, des indicateurs de production, des exigences qualité et de la résolution de pannes
  • Première expérience en gestion d'équipe, chef d'équipe ou poste similaire
  • Méthode de travail orientée solutions, sens des responsabilités ainsi qu'une forte conscience de la qualité et de la sécurité
  • Communication claire et respectueuse et capacité à motiver les collaborateurs dans les processus de changement et d'amélioration
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit ; maîtrise sûre de MS Office, connaissances SAP un avantage
