Ton domaine d'action ##

  • Direction de l'équipe Révisions & Transformations dans le domaine du matériel roulant & traction de l'atelier polyvalent de Brig. Participation à l'équipe de direction du département atelier polyvalent de Brig
  • Responsable principal du traitement technique et dans les délais des travaux de révision, transformations et ordres de modification sur les véhicules moteurs et remorques thermiques et électriques
  • Assurer la qualité et le traitement économique des commandes, associé à l'optimisation continue des processus
  • Responsable de l'organisation et du traitement de l'usinage des essieux sur le tour sous plancher
  • Promotion de la collaboration au sein de l'équipe ainsi que le développement des collaborateurs

Ton profil ##

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans le domaine technique avec une solide expérience professionnelle ainsi qu'une expérience en gestion
  • Connaissances dans le secteur ferroviaire ou la maintenance des véhicules sont un avantage
  • Connaissances approfondies dans les domaines de la mécanique, pneumatique, travail des métaux et électricité
  • Joueur d'équipe avec engagement, force de conviction, capacité de motivation et flexibilité
  • Capacité de mise en œuvre grâce à un rôle exemplaire et à la force de persuasion
