Notre département terrassement travaille de manière pragmatique, directe et orientée solutions. En tant que chef d'équipe, vous jouez un rôle central sur nos chantiers et veillez avec l'équipe à ce que les travaux soient réalisés en toute sécurité, efficacement et professionnellement.

Nous recherchons du renfort pour nos chantiers dans les régions ZH/AG/ZG.

Vos tâches

  • Gestion du chantier : organisation et direction autonome de nos chantiers de terrassement sur place
  • Direction d'équipe : coordination, encadrement et soutien des collaborateurs et conducteurs d'engins sur le chantier
  • Préparation des travaux : planification des travaux quotidiens ainsi que garantie d-un déroulement efficace et sans accroc du chantier
  • Coordination : concertation avec le chef de chantier, le maître d-ouvrage, les fournisseurs et autres parties prenantes du projet
  • Qualité & sécurité : garantie d-une exécution professionnelle ainsi que respect des exigences de qualité et de sécurité
  • Rapports : saisie correcte et ponctuelle des prestations, matériaux et heures de travail
  • Participation : soutien actif de l-équipe et, si nécessaire, aide aux travaux quotidiens sur le chantier

Votre profil

  • Expérience : plusieurs années d-expérience pratique en terrassement, idéalement déjà en tant que chef d-équipe ou avec une responsabilité de direction correspondante
  • Qualification : formation achevée dans le secteur principal du bâtiment ou qualification pratique comparable
  • Leadership : vous aimez prendre des responsabilités, pouvez encadrer des collaborateurs et gardez une vue d-ensemble même dans des situations exigeantes
  • Méthode de travail : autonome, fiable, orienté solutions et bien organisé
  • Connaissances techniques : bonnes connaissances en terrassement ainsi qu-en lecture et mise en œuvre de plans et indications de hauteur
  • Esprit d-équipe : vous aimez travailler avec les autres, communiquez directement et mettez la main à la pâte si besoin
  • Permis de conduire : cat. B, idéalement avec véhicule personnel
  • Langue : bonnes connaissances en allemand pour la communication sur le chantier et avec les parties prenantes du projet
