Son siège, situé à (VD), regroupe l’ensemble des fonctions administratives et rassemble plus d’une centaine de collaborateurs.

Pour l'un de nos établissements situés dans la région d'Aigle, nous sommes à la recherche de notre:

Chef de cuisine à 100%

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour mission de :

* Participer à la production de la cuisine chaude \& froide, ainsi qu’à la distribution des repas. * Diriger l'équipe de cuisine et organiser le travail pour garantir une production fluide et rapide. * Être garant de la satisfaction des clients et de la qualité des mets préparés, en maintenant des standards élevés. * Assurer les commandes en respectant les directives internes et veiller à maintenir un stock optimal pour répondre aux besoins. * Garantir le respect strict des règles d’hygiène selon les normes HACCP en vigueur, assurant ainsi la sécurité alimentaire des convives. * Préparation pour les évènements et collaboration avec les diététiciennes. * Veiller à la propreté des ustensiles, des locaux de cuisine et annexes, conformément aux protocoles établis. * Encadrer, former et accompagner votre équipe au quotidien. Votre profil :

  • Vous avez minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de cuisine.
  • Bienveillant et respectueux, vous êtes reconnu pour votre empathie naturelle et votre capacité à créer du lien. Votre passion pour l’humain est au cœur de votre engagement.
  • Curieux et ouvert, vous savez vous remettre en question et évoluer face aux défis du quotidien. Votre flexibilité vous permet d’anticiper, de vous adapter et de toujours progresser.
  • Engagé et collaboratif, vous travaillez main dans la main avec votre équipe pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal de l’établissement.
  • Face aux imprévus, vous gardez votre calme et votre sourire, trouvant des solutions avec motivation et sérénité.
  • À l’aise avec les chiffres et les outils informatiques, vous maîtrisez la gestion administrative d’un restaurant et assurez un suivi rigoureux.
  • Dynamique et fédérateur, vous savez motiver et guider votre équipe avec bienveillance, en les accompagnant dans leur évolution et leur développement professionnel.
  • Proactif et méthodique, vous excellez dans la gestion des priorités et l’optimisation des ressources.
  • Titulaire d'un CFC de cuisinier ou d’un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue française et l'anglais (niveau B1\).
