Votre domaine de responsabilité

  • Responsabilité globale de la cuisine, de la production et de la qualité
  • Direction et développement de l'équipe de cuisine
  • Planification des menus, calculs et responsabilité budgétaire
  • Assurer le respect des standards Compass
  • Développement constant de l'offre et des indicateurs clés
  • Horaires de travail : du lundi au vendredi entre 06:00 et 18:00

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée en tant que cuisinier ainsi qu'une expérience de plusieurs années en gestion de cuisine
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et connaissances administratives de base
  • Créatif, orienté qualité et organisé
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Résistant au stress et orienté solutions
