Die Sonne – Boutiquehotel und Seerestaurants in Küsnacht am Zürichsee – ist ein traditionsreiches 4-Sterne-Superior-Haus mit 40 individuell gestalteten Zimmern und Suiten. Unser vielfältiges gastronomisches Angebot umfasst die Sonnengalerie, die historischen Gaststuben, die Turmbar, den Sonnengarten sowie die idyllische Seeterrasse. Darüber hinaus bieten wir elegante Bankett- und Festräume für bis zu 140 Gäste – teilweise mit herrlichem Blick auf den Zürichsee. Eine private Seewiese mit direktem Seezugang sowie ein kleiner, feiner Wellness- und Fitnessbereich runden das exklusive Erlebnis ab.

Wir suchen per sofort einen Chef de Partie Gardmanger, der Freude an einer anspruchsvollen Karte hat.

Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen momentan 20-köpfigen Team (inkl. 1-2 Lernenden) und kochen auf einem hohen gastronomischen Niveau. Dem leistungsstarken Team steht eine renovierte, mit modernster Technik ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst: - Ablösungen aller Chefs de Partie - Verantworltich für die nötigen Bestellungen im eigenen Aufgabenbereich - Verantwortlich für die Mis en place auf dem eigenen Posten - Mithilfe wo immer es nötig ist - Mitbetreuung von Lernenden und Praktikanten - Einhalten der Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil - mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie - selbständig und motiviert - sicheres Auftreten und kommunikativ - gut organisiert und effizient - zuverlässig und fleissig
