Dans le cadre d'un poste fixe à 100%, et pour prendre la responsabilité de nouveau projet, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients dans le canton de Vaud un/une : Chef de Projet

Chef de Projet

* De formation d'Ingénieur civil/bâtiment ou d'architecte (HES \- EPFL) * Une expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire au sein d'une entreprise générale/totale sur le territoire Suisse appliquée sur des projets similaires. * Vous êtes polyvalent et vous êtes force de propositions * Vous savez gérer les projets en fixant les priorités à vos mandataires et collaborateurs * D'un bon contact, vous savez conseiller et accompagner les clients dans le processus de construction * Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des normes SIA, AEAI et de la réglementation en matière de sécurité au travail. De bonnes connaissances des règlementations en matière de Logement (RGL?) sont également souhaitées * Vous maîtrisez les logiciels bureautique, de conception, d'étude de prix et de planification (Messerli, Ms project, Autocad...) + Piloter les équipes de mandataires de la phase d'avant\-projet jusqu'à l'autorisation de construire, en relation étroite avec le MO + Élaboration des appels d'offres + Négociations avec les entreprises + Coordonner les différents partenaires du projet + Gérer les relations avec les autorités et le MO + Assurer le suivi économique et financier de votre projet, respect des délais et optimisation des coûts + Piloter une équipe de 1 ou plusieurs conducteurs travaux en fonction de la taille du projet + Garant de la sécurité et environnement du projet + Réceptionner l'ouvrage jusqu'à la levée des réserves jpidf992434jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
