Chef de projet bâtiment 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Piloter et coordonner des projets de construction, de la phase de préparation à la livraison
  • Assurer la gestion globale des projets (délais, coûts, qualité)
  • Élaborer et suivre les plannings de réalisation
  • Superviser les aspects techniques, administratifs et financiers des projets
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants (mandataires, entreprises, sous-traitants)
  • Participer aux séances de chantier et garantir le bon déroulement des travaux
  • Contrôler les soumissions, les offres et les décomptes
  • Veiller au respect des normes en vigueur ainsi qu-aux exigences de sécurité

Profil

  • Formation dans le domaine du bâtiment (ingénieur, technicien ES, directeur de travaux ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans en gestion de projets dans le secteur de la construction au sein d-une entreprise générale
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation et de coordination
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et esprit d-initiative
  • Aisance relationnelle et bonne communication avec les différents partenaires
  • Maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels métiers
